About workshop facilitator Sam Huckle

Sam is the owner of Medicine Horse where she offers 1:1 in-person Horse Medicine sessions to those seeking personal development, life skills, and guidance from the incredible wisdom of horse and herd. She offers Medicine Horsemanship for those who would like a holistic and horse-centered alternative to conventional riding. As a life coach, counselor and mentor with 25 years of mindfulness, transformation and meditation practice, and 4 decades of knowledge as a horse woman, Sam also brings her energy work and healing skills and knowledge in the form of Reiki Master, Pranic healing, Reconnective healing, TTOUCH, Animal Communication and Family Constellations.

Join us for a half day introductory workshop exploring the chakras of both humans (your own) and horses! Chakras are energy centers that govern the energy that flows into and out of our bodies. They are an essential component of our energy anatomy and when they are healthy and balanced then so are we. 

This experiential workshop is a combination of practical and theory and we will cover: 

• overview of each of the chakras (theory); 
• grounding exercises; 
• physical exercises for optimal energy flow; 
• guided meditation for chakra cleansing; 
• exercises for chakra healing and balancing. 

We’ll get to know our own chakras first, and then we’ll locate the chakras of the horses and you’ll get the opportunity to work and practice with the horses, offering them balancing and healing.

Gain the knowledge and confidence to affect your own chakras and energy system, and that of horses too. 

The workshop is suitable for complete beginners, no previous horse experience is required.
